Good morning, we are on vacation in VA Beach, it is just lovely, went to the beach day before yesterday, the kids had a blast, although the little one didn't like the waves to much, but he loved the shovel and bucket and just sat content and played for two hours with short breaks down to the cold water. Yesterday inspite of the rain was the highlight of our trip. I found Yarn!!!! Yes I am totally uncool and I knit. Eveyrwhere I have looked before I have only been able to find the yaky acrly, but I was actually able to find some lovely cotton, but now I can't find my knitting pins, so we will be off today to the store to get some of those, so I can start on my project.
Well I am going to get ready for my day, ciao.

Yet anohter fabolous day. We went to my husbands work picnic, it was a blast. It was hosted at a park about 45 min drive from our home. The kids played all day, baskeball, baseball, then after we ate we walked over to the water, and fed the ducks and some other birds there, my baby has never seen birds that close up, he just loved it, kept trying to jump in the big "water", I really had to hold him, lol, he is so cute. Then on the drive home they all fell asleep, at 7 pm, and they slept all the way throught till this morning.

One thing I am hooked on is HGTV, OMG I can not get enough of it. I love all the cool shows, and just so wish I could have these fab designers come over to my house and do my home so fab. I would love them to do my backyard, my curbappeal, my entryway, my living room, the kithcen and diningroom, my bedroom and the masterbath, the kids rooms, and the guest bathroom LOL did I leave anything out? Well then I would love for them to do that too, and maybe a tummytuck and so on after I have this baby.

Well nighty night, I will yap some more later.

Still remember my password! Wow, so far between posts, wonder if anyone is still coming here. Much water has passed through the lake since I was on here last. I have moved and just about settled in here in the US, Love it. I had a lot of trouble getting my VISA, and was held up in Japan for over a month, but I also survived that, found out I am expecting my FOURTH!!!!!!! child, wow, 1 November. But I was glad on my kids behalf to stay there that much longer, they loved their school, and their friends, but now we are here, and life is still good.

My two older children had their last day of school today, My daughter got an A in reading, I am so proud of her, because she had to have extra reading help when she was in Kindergarten and 1st grade, held her own in 2 grade, and just Aced it in third grade, GO EVA!!!!

My son, he got an award in math, he is such a fast mover, they only had 26 days og school here, he had some adjustment problems here, and wasn't getting along with the kids, but look at him, and award!!!! GO CALEB!!!!

I just signed them up for the summer reading program here at the local library, I love it, and they love it, we will be going there once a week to check out books, and keep their head on straight, so they wont forget all the stuff they have accomlpished this year.

Happy New Year
It has been like forever since I posted here, but I am still reading blogs, just don't seem to take the time to post myself.
Anywho, Happy New Year, may this be the best one ever. There are some big changes happening around us here, we are moving to the US, we are all getting very excited, and stressed, and all that follows the move, but it will be great once we are in place.
Who knows maybe this will be the year that I will start posting again, if so see you here, if not take care,
All the best
VW.

I love to ramble with my wine
My hands are numb, but I feel fine, I am having some wine and just enjoying being here. I have not been posting like I want to, but that doesn't mean that I have forgotten, I have been reading the comments, and thinking about my friends here in blog-land, just being a mom with three kids has been keeping me so busy.

Monday school starts for my two older kids, Eva starts 3rd grade and Caleb will be in 1st grade, I am just amazed. I can't wait to see what challenges they will conquer and rise above. I know they will need all my support, I will do my best to provide that.

Eyfinn is walking, only nine months now, and yet time has flown by so fast. I have been trying to enjoy every moment to its fullest, slipped here and there, but I keep thinking about how I miss Eva and Caleb when they were this age. I so love babies, love when they grow up, but miss the times when they were little.

I will be back within the next few days to tell you all about how this new school year is going. Till then.

CANCER NEWS FROM JOHN HOPKINS
JUST A REMINDER.......

No plastic containers in microwave
No plastic water bottles in freezer
No plastic wrap in microwave

Johns Hopkins has recently sent this out in their newsletter -- it's definitely worth noting.

This information is being circulated at Walter Reed Army Medical Center.

Dioxin Carcinogens cause cancer, especially breast cancer.

Don't freeze your plastic water bottles with water as this releases dioxins in the plastic.

Dr. Edward Fujimoto from Castle Hospital was on a TV program explaining this health hazard. (He is the manager of the Wellness Program at the hospital.)

He was talking about dioxins and how bad they are for us. He said that we should not be heating our food in the microwave using plastic containers. This applies to foods that contain fat. He said that the combination of fat, high heat and plastics releases dioxins into the food and ultimately into the cells of the body. Dioxins are carcinogens and highly toxic to the cells of our bodies.

Instead, he recommends using glass, Corning Ware or ceramic containers for heating food. You get the same results, without the dioxins. So such things as TV dinners, instant ramen and soups, etc., should be removed from the container and heated in something else.

Paper isn't bad, but you don't know what's in the paper. It's just safer to use tempered glass, Corning Ware, etc. He said we might remember when some of the fast food restaurants moved away from the foam containers to paper. The dioxin problem is one of the reasons.

To add to this, Saran wrap placed over foods as they are nuked, with the high heat, actually drips poisonous toxins into the food; use paper towels.

Still going strong.
It has been a while, but the kids are out of shcool, we have summer reading program, studying and fun fun fun.
I am still loosing some weight, I am not being hard on myself, I am eating cake, and almost all what i want, but not to much of anything. I want to look good more than I want candy, so that is what is going on with me.
I have been drinking some wine tonight, so I keep mis-spelling, sorry about that. I just wanted to update you that I am still here, just so very busy with all my little ones.
I will be back as soon as I find the time.
Love and Peace.
